- Local Bank Transfers: We accept direct deposits to major banks in Kosovo (Raiffeisen Bank, ProCredit Bank, BKT, TEB, etc.).
- PayPal: For our diaspora clients and international customers (Automatic activation).
- Western Union / MoneyGram: For international transfers if you do not have a credit card.
Payments made via e-Banking (or physically at bank branches like Raiffeisen, ProCredit, etc.) require manual verification. To speed up the activation of your Web Hosting or Domain, please send the payment slip (screenshot or photo) to billing@hostinkos.com or open a ticket via the Client Area, mentioning your invoice number.
Activation time depends on the chosen payment method:
- Credit Card / PayPal: Our system processes and activates the service automatically within seconds. cPanel details are sent to your email.
- Bank Transfer (Kosovo): Activation occurs as soon as your payment slip is verified by our finance team (usually takes less than 10 minutes during working hours).

The Hostinkos system calculates it automatically pro-rata: you will only pay the price difference between the old and new package, exactly for the remaining months until your contract ends.
Yes, Hostinkos issues regular tax invoices for every payment received. During checkout or account registration, please add your Business Name and Unique Identification Number (NUI/BRN). The invoice will be generated automatically and is fully valid for your financial declarations with the local tax authorities.
