What are the steps to take...

Review sites are a last resort when internal complaints procedures have failed.

Email Us

If you've had a less than stellar experience please email us on complaints@hostinkos.com so that we have a chance to learn about what's gone wrong and put it right. Your inbox will go directly to our management team.

A manager will investigate your complaint

Once received, your complaint will be acknowledged via e-mail and one of our managers will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to have a resolution provided within two working days.
